PDX 2018

August 29, 2018
Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Portland, OR

The 4th annual 4K 4Charity Fun Run PDX takes place at 3:00 pm on August 29 at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. This unique event unifies the City of Portland by rallying the tech community and local businesses around a great cause. For the second year in a row, all proceeds benefit Rosemary Anderson High School and KairosPDX. These two nonprofit organizations focus on delivering high quality, equitable education to the underserved youth in our community.
On-site bib pick up opens at 2:00pm and is located near the Burnside Bridge. Click here for directions to the start/finish. The 4km (2.49-mile) out-and-back course runs along the iconic Portland waterfront and is family-friendly and ADA-accessible.
Help us spread the word by sharing your registration with friends and family to join you on the course! Follow us on social media and share your excitement using hashtag #4K4Charity: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. Together we can make the biggest impact!

To register for the event and secure your race bib, select a “Runner/Walker” ticket at any of the following donation levels: $20, $35, or $50. Increase your give by adding an additional donation. Can't make it on race day? Contribute without breaking a sweat. The “Donation Only” option starts at $15. As always, 100% of your registration fee is donated directly to our beneficiaries.

AWS Elemental will host the early bib pick up on 8/27 between 10-2pm. Swing by and grab your bib to save you time on race day! T-shirts will also be availble for pick up at this time. Please enter the building on SW Broadway. We will be located in the conference room in the far right corner on the first floor. Click here for directions to the building.

After the crossing the finish line, participants and sponsors are invited to refuel and celebrate with complimentary food, drink, games, a photo wall, music and much more! Participants who purchase a "Runner/Walker" ticket type will receive two complimentary drink vouchers on their race bib. Registrants who select "Donation Only" are welcome to join the after-party, but will not receive drink vouchers. The expanded beer garden will include local craft beer and cider. Must be 21 and older and have a valid photo ID. The after-party ends at 5:30pm.
Don Flores food truck will be on-site serving authentic Mexican tacos to satisfy your post-run hunger! Check them out here and don't forget to bring cash or credit.
Special thanks to the following sponsors who helped make the after-party possible: First Tech Federal Credit Union, Leyard and Planar, Simple, and Portland State University Foundation.
